We offer free delivery on all products across Singapore, usually within 3 business days. Need flexible timing? We can hold your delivery for up to 3 months. For bulky items such as toilet bowls or ceramic basins carried up stairs, additional charges may apply. All deliveries are handled with care to ensure your items arrive safely.

We provide 15-day returns for any wrong or damaged items, provided they are unopened and in original packaging. Due to the nature of our products (bulky toilet bowls, basins, hygiene bidet seats), change-of-mind returns are available only for specific items. Please contact us before purchase if you need clarification or guidance.
