1. Do all products come with a warranty?
Yes! All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Refer to our Warranty page for more details.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days across Singapore. We would reach out to you when arranging the delivery for your order.
3. Can you hold my order for later delivery?
Yes! We can hold your order for up to 3 months if you’re not ready to receive it immediately.
4. Are there extra charges carrying bulky items up stairs?
For large or heavy items such as toilet bowls kitchen sinks or ceramic basins that need to be carried up stairs, additional charges may apply.
5. Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we offer professional installation services at competitive rates for products purchased from our store. Please contact us for a quote or more details.
6. What is your returns policy?
- Wrong or damaged items: Return within 15 days. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Change of mind: Due to the nature of our products (bulky, fragile, or hygiene items), change-of-mind returns are available only for select items. Please chat with us before purchase if you have questions.
7. Are all your products genuine?
Yes. We are an authorized dealer for American Standard and Grohe. All products are 100% genuine and come with the official manufacturer’s warranty.
8. Do you ship outside Singapore?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore.
